The Leemann Group LLC is devoted to successfully integrating environmental, health and safety issues into business strategic planning and decision-making. This commitment is provided in the form of creating and implementing idealized designs of organizational systems, understanding the interactions of the parts of the system and the impact these interactions have on the whole system and the communities in which they operate. At the professional level, the competencies required for improving the effectiveness of the organization are identified. At the technology level, the appropriate IT systems for improving the efficiency of the organization are identified. Our project engagements have involved a wide variety of industries dealing with complex interactive problems. In one case, we were retained by a major biotech company to justify a decision to purchase and deploy an EHS management information system. Our Industrial Strength Software Assessment process averted the purchase of a multi-million dollar IT system from a financially weak vendor. Another project
involved leading the executive team of the largest industrial fan
manufacturer through the interactive planning process to create
a strategic plan that focused on increasing revenue by 300% over
the following seven years. We also were
retained by a Fortune 25 company to prepare a 30-year career development
planning guide for environmental, health and safety professionals. |
